Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Skintellence Clinic is seeking a responsible, organised, and patient-focused Pharmacist to take on a dual role combining pharmacy operations with clinic administration. This position requires a professional who can ensure accurate medication dispensing while smoothly managing front-desk operations and patient coordination in a clinical environment. You will be a key point of contact for patients, contributing to both their clinical care and overall clinic experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately dispense medicines and provide clear counselling to patients on dosage, usage, and precautions.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, including stock monitoring, expiry tracking, and timely ordering of medicines and supplies.
• Schedule patient appointments, coordinate daily patient flow, and handle front-desk duties.
• Support clinic administration such as maintaining patient records, assisting with billing, and preparing daily reports.
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and clinic protocols.
• Maintain a tidy, organised, and efficient pharmacy and reception area.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a qualified pharmacist with strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities, capable of managing both clinical and administrative responsibilities in a dynamic clinic setting.
Required Qualifications:
• Education: D.Pharm or B.Pharm degree is mandatory.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and patient counselling skills.
• Strong organisational and record-keeping abilities.
• Proficiency in multitasking and managing front-desk operations.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling, billing, and record management.
• Experience: Prior experience in a pharmacy or clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory.
