Job Description

We are conducting a large-scale hiring drive for experienced Phlebotomists to join our home collection team. This role involves traveling to patients’ homes across various cities to collect blood samples with professionalism and care. You will be an essential part of our diagnostic healthcare service, ensuring accurate sample collection and timely delivery. This position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable with extensive field visits and possess their own two-wheeler for travel. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Travel to patients’ residences or designated locations to perform blood sample collection (venipuncture and finger-stick).
• Ensure proper patient identification, explain procedures, and adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols.
• Accurately label, store, and transport collected samples to maintain their integrity for testing.
• Maintain detailed and precise records of collections and patient information.
• Manage and sanitize phlebotomy equipment and supplies.
• Provide excellent, empathetic patient care during home visits.
• Complete assigned routes and visits within the scheduled shift (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM).

Skill Requirement

We are looking for reliable, patient-focused phlebotomists with proven technical skills and the ability to work independently in the field. You must be comfortable with extensive travel, possess a valid driver’s license, and have your own two-wheeler. A strong commitment to ethical medical practices and patient comfort is essential.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) is required.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Phlebotomist is mandatory.
• Transport: Must have a personal two-wheeler and a valid driver’s license (DL).
• Field Work: Must be comfortable with extensive field visits and travel as part of the daily role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in venipuncture techniques and specimen handling.
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, empathy, and a professional demeanor.
• Willingness to Travel: High willingness to travel within the assigned city/region (75% travel).
