We are a premier photography studio based in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, specializing in studio and wedding photography. We are seeking a dedicated and creative Full-Time Studio and Wedding Photographer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a passionate professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is willing to work flexible hours, and is committed to capturing beautiful, lasting memories for our clients. The first month will include comprehensive training in our studio’s style and workflow.
Your responsibilities will include executing photoshoots, client collaboration, and post-production work. Key duties are:
• Conducting studio and on-location photoshoots for weddings, portraits, and events.
• Collaborating closely with clients to understand and bring their vision to life.
• Editing, retouching, and delivering high-quality photographs in a timely manner.
• Managing and maintaining photography equipment and digital assets.
• Adapting to varied schedules, including weekends and holidays, to meet client needs.
• Continuously learning and staying updated with photography trends and techniques.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a technically skilled, creative, and reliable photographer with a strong portfolio and a client-focused approach. You should be a team player, adaptable to non-traditional hours, and committed to producing exceptional work.
Must-have qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of professional photography experience, with a portfolio showcasing studio and wedding work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other photography editing software.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and photo techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to relocate to or commute to Kharghar, Navi Mumbai (relocation expenses to be borne by the candidate).
