Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven and relationship-focused Placement Officer to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the essential link between our talented healthcare students/graduates and the wider medical industry. Your primary mission is to forge strong institutional partnerships and manage the end-to-end placement process, ensuring successful career launches for our candidates.
Proactively build and nurture lasting partnerships with hospitals, diagnostic labs, clinics, and other healthcare facilities to create robust placement and internship opportunities.
Understand the specific hiring needs of partner institutions and accurately match them with qualified candidates from our student and graduate pool.
Coordinate the entire placement cycle, from initial employer introduction and interviews to final offer acceptance and onboarding.
Track and monitor candidate performance during probationary periods to ensure smooth transitions and long-term success.
Maintain consistent follow-up communication with both employer partners and placed candidates to solidify relationships and gather feedback.
Collaborate closely with our international placement team to facilitate opportunities for candidates seeking positions abroad.
Meticulously maintain detailed records of all institutional tie-ups, placement activities, and follow-up communications.
Skill Requirement

Proven experience in placement, corporate relations, recruitment, or business development, preferably within the healthcare/education sector.
Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry’s hiring landscape and requirements.
Excellent organizational and coordination abilities to manage multiple placements simultaneously.
Proficient in tracking systems and maintaining detailed records with high accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and coordinate with international colleagues.
