We are a private pre-primary school in Malabar Hill, Mumbai, seeking a versatile and experienced professional for a dual-role position as a Pre-Primary Teacher & Administrative Assistant. This unique role combines the joy of teaching young children (ages 2-5) in the morning with providing crucial administrative support to the school Principal in the afternoon. The ideal candidate is a nurturing educator with creative flair and an organized individual who can manage diverse office tasks. Please consider your commute carefully, as punctuality for the 7:45 AM start is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teaching: Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate activities including art, music, and storytelling for pre-primary children.
• Child Development: Foster a nurturing, curious, and explorative learning environment that supports the holistic growth of young children.
• Administrative Support: Assist the Principal with planning events, field trips, scheduling, and conducting school tours.
• Operations Management: Handle supplies inventory, coordinate with service providers, and manage basic procurement.
• Communication: Access student records and assist with parent correspondence via phone and email.
• General Duties: Perform a variety of digital and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the school office.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Creative & Nurturing: Demonstrated enthusiasm for child development, with skills in art, music, or storytelling.
• Administrative Proficiency: Proven digital literacy and experience with general administrative tasks, scheduling, and record management.
• Organization & Initiative: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
