Position Overview
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executives to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential buyers, handling inquiries, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team to drive conversions. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or those with up to 3 years of experience to start a career in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, walk-in customers, and online inquiries professionally.
Understand customer needs, qualify leads, and schedule site visits.
Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handover and follow-up.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Update and manage customer information accurately in the CRM system.
Provide clear and detailed information about Trident Group’s projects and offerings.

Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive – Real Estate
Location: Badlapur (East / West), Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers welcome)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Skill Requirement
Qualifications & Experience
We are seeking confident individuals with good communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and a keen interest in real estate. Prior experience in pre-sales or real estate is an advantage but not mandatory.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication skills in Hindi; English proficiency is a plus.
Basic computer knowledge, including Excel, CRM systems, and WhatsApp.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Customer-focused, result-oriented, and proactive attitude.
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
0–3 years of experience; freshers are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in real estate pre-sales, customer service, or telecalling.
Familiarity with the Badlapur real estate market.
Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead management.
