Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Female Pre-School Teacher to join our early learning team across multiple locations in Navi Mumbai (Panvel, Kamothe, Taloja, Airoli, Ghansoli). In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and educating young children in a supportive and creative environment. You will create and implement engaging lesson plans, foster holistic development, and build a warm, safe classroom atmosphere where every child can thrive.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Planning and delivering age-appropriate, interactive lessons that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
• Creating a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment for young learners.
• Using creative methods, including art & craft activities, to enhance learning and motor skill development.
• Observing and monitoring each child’s progress and communicating regularly with parents.
• Maintaining classroom discipline, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the day.
• Participating in school events, meetings, and continuous professional development activities.
• Working within designated shift timings and following the scheduled weekly structure.
Skill Requirement
We seek a caring, patient, and enthusiastic individual who loves working with children and is committed to early childhood education. You should have strong creative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the flexibility to adapt to varying classroom needs.
Mandatory requirements and skills for this position include:
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
• A relevant certification such as NTT / Montessori / ECCEd / TTC is preferred.
• A graduate degree in any discipline is acceptable; freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong skills in art & craft, with the ability to incorporate creativity into daily lessons.
• A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young children.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (morning/afternoon) across Monday to Saturday (two Saturdays working per month).
• Warm, patient, and engaging personality suited for pre-school teaching.
