Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement engaging lesson plans that foster understanding over rote learning and encourage visual thinking and student expression in the classroom.
• Balance time effectively between curriculum planning, instructional delivery, and student assessment to ensure comprehensive academic coverage.
• Model a passion for learning and inspire students through interactive, student-centered teaching methods.
• Take responsibility for the academic and pastoral development of each student, providing support and guidance as needed.
• Incorporate gamification and interactive tools to make lessons dynamic and memorable.
• Prepare high-quality, informative, and visually engaging classroom materials.
• Monitor and ensure that students are progressing through the curriculum at an appropriate and individualized pace.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and share updates regularly with the administration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.Sc., or B.Ed.) in a relevant subject. B.Ed. is preferred but not mandatory.
• Open-mindedness and willingness to learn and implement modern, student-centric teaching approaches.
• Ability to teach for conceptual understanding and create classrooms that reflect student thinking.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance teaching, planning, and assessment.
• Passion for education and excitement about being part of a school system changing the status quo in India.
• Good communication skills and the ability to connect with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Willingness to participate in workshops and professional development sessions organized by the school.
