We are a dynamic stock broking and fixed income dealing firm with a dedicated team of professionals, committed to delivering exceptional financial services. We are seeking a diligent Process Coordinator to join our team in Goregaon, Mumbai. In this pivotal role, you will be the cornerstone of our operational efficiency, ensuring all organizational processes are followed, optimized, and aligned with our high standards. You will monitor team productivity, maintain procedural documentation, and act as a key point of coordination and problem-solving to support our daily operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Process Management: Overseeing all organizational processes to ensure they are executed correctly and efficiently.
• Productivity Monitoring: Regularly checking employee progress and task completion to maintain timely output.
• SOP Maintenance: Updating and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect best practices and process improvements.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring all work complies with established checklists and quality standards.
• Technical Support: Assisting team members with Microsoft Excel and web browsing challenges to enhance their proficiency.
• Team Coordination: Facilitating smooth communication and workflow between different departments.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive professional with a strong background in financial services. You should possess excellent coordination skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple processes in a fast-paced environment.

The required qualifications are:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of total work experience, with 3 years specifically in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.
• Proven experience in a process coordination or similar operational role, preferably within stock broking or financial services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general web applications.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Must reside near Goregaon, Mumbai, and be available to work from 9 AM to 7 PM.
• Knowledge of stock market operations and broking firms is essential.
• Possession of NISM Equity Market or SORM certification is a significant advantage.
