Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Production Coordinator to join our team in Lonavala. This full-time, permanent role is central to ensuring efficient and streamlined manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and coordinating all production activities to meet targets while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Your primary responsibility is production planning and coordination, which involves assisting in creating daily, weekly, and monthly schedules and ensuring seamless workflow by liaising with production, maintenance, quality, stores, and dispatch teams.
• You will be heavily involved in monitoring operations and reporting, tracking progress against set targets, preparing daily production reports for management, and highlighting any issues like delays or material shortages for quick resolution.
• A key function of your role is team coordination and communication. You will act as the essential link between production workers, supervisors, and management, assigning tasks, conducting briefings, and ensuring clear communication of daily goals.
• You will also contribute to quality assurance and process improvement by ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety norms, supporting quality initiatives, and identifying opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

The ideal candidate is an organized and communicative professional with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes. You must be an effective coordinator who can manage multiple priorities, solve problems quickly, and drive team performance in a dynamic factory environment.
• Core Competencies: Strong skills in production planning, scheduling, and cross-departmental coordination. Ability to monitor workflows, track key metrics, and prepare accurate management reports.
• Communication & Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively bridge communication between various levels of the organization. Proven ability to lead team briefings and ensure task completion.
• Quality & Process Mindset: A firm understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and factory safety compliance. An aptitude for identifying inefficiencies and supporting lean manufacturing or continuous improvement projects.
• Logistics: Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Lonavala, Maharashtra. A relocation package is available for eligible candidates.
