EVITAR SYSTEMS Pvt. Ltd. is a precision engineering company specializing in high-quality CNC machined components for industrial applications. We are seeking motivated Production Trainees to join our manufacturing team in Mahape, Navi Mumbai. This is a full-time, entry-level role designed for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a foundational career in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Assisting senior staff in production planning, scheduling, and workflow coordination activities.
• Preparing and maintaining accurate route cards and production documentation for manufacturing jobs.
• Managing and organizing tooling and fixture inventory to support efficient CNC operations.
• Supporting the production team on the shop floor to ensure smooth and timely workflow.
• Adhering strictly to all safety protocols, quality standards, and shop-floor discipline.
This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world manufacturing processes within a learning-focused environment. The position requires working 6 days a week on rotational day and night shifts and includes benefits such as paid time off.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a technical background, a strong willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in CNC manufacturing. This role is strictly for individuals with 0 to 1 year of professional experience.
Required skills and qualifications include:
• Education: Must have completed an ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience: This role is exclusively for Freshers or candidates with a maximum of 1 year of experience.
• Technical Aptitude: A basic understanding of CNC machining or general manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Personal Attributes: Must be eager to learn, adaptable to a shop-floor environment, and committed to following safety and quality standards.
• Logistics: Must reside in or near Navi Mumbai and be willing to commute daily to Mahape. Comfort with rotational shifts (day/night) is mandatory.
