AIC NMIMS Incubation Centre, established under the Atal Innovation Mission, fosters a thriving ecosystem for startups and innovators. We are looking for a proactive Program Coordinator to manage our key student-centric initiatives, including the Launchpad, Summer, and Winter Programs. This full-time, on-site role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of these programs, requiring strong organizational skills, a passion for entrepreneurship, and a commitment to guiding students through immersive learning experiences. You will coordinate all operational aspects, from logistics to mentorship sessions.
In this dynamic role, you will be the operational backbone for our student programs, ensuring seamless delivery and high participant engagement. Your core responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating all daily operations, scheduling, and logistics for the Launchpad, Summer, and Winter Programs.
• Managing complete student onboarding, orientation, and ongoing communication throughout the program duration.
• Traveling and staying with students at various NMIMS campuses as required during course periods.
• Tracking student attendance, participation, and assignment submissions across different cohorts.
• Assisting in scheduling guest speakers, workshop facilitators, and mentors, and managing post-session follow-ups and feedback.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a highly organized and communicative professional with 1-3 years of experience in program management, preferably within startup, education, or innovation ecosystems. A genuine passion for entrepreneurship and student development is essential, along with the flexibility to travel.
The essential qualifications and attributes for this position are:
• Experience: 1-3 years in program/project coordination, preferably in startup incubation, education, or innovation management.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Passion: A strong interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and ecosystem building.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) or customer success platforms is a plus.
• Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel and stay at different campuses as required by program schedules.
