Vinay Electrical Solutions, a trusted national brand founded in 1968, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive specializing in Project Sales for the Mumbai region. This role involves generating leads, building relationships, and driving sales with key stakeholders in the construction and electrical industry. We welcome both experienced professionals with a background in electrical equipment and fresh MBA graduates who are confident in field sales and business development.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing project-based sales opportunities. Key duties include:
• Generating and pursuing leads from builders, contractors, consultants, architects, and other project stakeholders.
• Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and decision-makers.
• Conducting sales presentations and negotiations to secure project contracts.
• Working independently to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the assigned territory.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the electrical project sales cycle. You should be comfortable with field travel, client meetings, and working independently toward sales goals.
Must-have qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical equipment project sales (for experienced candidates).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned Mumbai territory.
Preferred experience:
• Existing network or experience dealing with builders, contractors, consultants, or architects.
• Understanding of electrical products, specifications, and project sales processes.
• Ability to handle client relationships and close deals in a competitive market.
