Job Description: Sales Executive (Project Sales)
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive our project sales initiatives in Mumbai. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for generating new business by directly engaging with key players in the construction and infrastructure ecosystem. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, acting as the face of our trusted brand and ensuring we deliver superior electrical solutions to project clients.
• Lead Generation & Business Development: Proactively identify and generate new sales leads from builders, contractors, consultants, and architects. Build a robust pipeline for project-based sales.
• Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at project sites and offices.
• Sales Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including presentations, negotiations, and closing deals to meet sales targets.
• Market Intelligence: Gather insights on market trends, competitor activity, and new project opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the company’s CRM system.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is either an experienced professional from the electrical industry or a sharp, driven MBA fresher ready to excel in field sales. You must be self-motivated, an excellent communicator, and comfortable with independent work and travel. • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in electrical equipment project sales OR an MBA fresher with the aptitude for field sales.
