Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ulwe. You will be a key point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating leads and facilitating property deals through proactive communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients in Navi Mumbai and surrounding regions.
• Explain property features, project details, and investment opportunities clearly.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Convert generated leads into site visits and collaborate with the sales team.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups with clients through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a motivated female candidate with strong communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset. Both freshers and experienced individuals are encouraged to apply for this role.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and convincing abilities in Hindi and English.
• Knowledge of Marathi is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
• Ability to work diligently towards monthly targets and incentives.
Preferred Experience:
• Prior experience in telecalling, cold calling, or customer service is beneficial.
• Experience in the real estate sector (property sales/telecalling) is preferred.
