Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Executive. The successful candidate will be instrumental in executing end-to-end procurement activities, from material planning to vendor coordination, ensuring timely supply and cost efficiency. You will work closely with internal teams like production and planning to maintain optimal inventory levels and support smooth manufacturing operations. This position is crucial for maintaining supply chain integrity and operational flow.
Procurement Execution : Raise RFQs, evaluate quotations, prepare comparison sheets, and generate purchase orders (POs) with proper approvals.
Supply & Coordination : Communicate POs to vendors, follow up for timely material supply, and report any delays or issues.
Vendor Management : Assist in developing and qualifying vendors, maintain the vendor database, and coordinate for quality and documentation.
Inventory Support : Assist in monitoring stock levels, work with store/production teams on reordering, and support cost-reduction initiatives.
Compliance & Collaboration: Ensure complete documentation for audits and compliance, and coordinate material requirements with internal departments like production and planning.
Skill Requirement
We seek a detail-oriented and proactive male candidate with strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate is a team player who can effectively manage multiple tasks, solve basic issues, and support process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Prior experience in a related industry is a significant advantage.
Core Responsibilities:
• Execute the complete procurement cycle: RFQ, quotation analysis, PO creation, and follow-up.
• Assist in material requirement planning and vendor development processes.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time material availability.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and assist in inventory control.
• Participate in process improvement and training initiatives.
Industry Preference:
• Candidates with experience in Retail Store Fixtures, Modular Furniture Manufacturing, or Sheet Metal Manufacturing are highly preferred.
