Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect CNC machined components for dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
• Learn and operate precision measuring instruments like Verniers, micrometers, and CMM.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining detailed inspection reports and quality records.
• Support the identification of non-conformities and follow corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Adhere to ISO standards, internal procedures, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
This role is a full-time position based in Mahape, Navi Mumbai. The schedule includes a 6-day work week with rotational day/night shifts, providing comprehensive hands-on exposure to quality processes in CNC manufacturing.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a keen learner with a foundational technical background. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to grow within a training-oriented quality assurance department.
Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory):
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Fresher or a maximum of 1 year of professional experience (including internships).
• Basic understanding of CNC machining processes and engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with tolerances and measuring instruments is preferred.
Practical Requirements:
• Must reside in Navi Mumbai or within a reasonable daily commuting distance to Mahape.
• Ability to adapt to a 6-day work week and rotational shift patterns.
