HSI Realty Private Limited is seeking passionate and professional Sales Advisors to join our dynamic team. As an Institutional Channel Partner for leading developers, we facilitate property sales to home buyers across prime Mumbai markets. This full-time, in-person role based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, involves direct client engagement and market travel to drive sales for prestigious A+ developer projects. You will be crucial in guiding clients through their property purchase journey.
• Execute pre-sales activities by handling leads, providing detailed property information, and organizing customer site visits.
• Conduct client follow-ups, address feedback, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth deal progression.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for clients and prepare regular sales reports and reviews.
• Perform cold calling using provided leads to pitch properties to interested buyers in specific areas.
• Negotiate and close deals, handling objections while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, preferably with a background in real estate or property management. You must be presentable, possess strong market knowledge, and be willing to travel within designated markets such as South Bombay, Navi Mumbai, Panvel, Thane, or Powai.
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in real estate sales is required.
• Must have excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a presentable demeanor.
• Strong pre-sales skills, including lead handling and market knowledge of key Mumbai regions.
• Ability to negotiate, close deals, and develop effective sales strategies.
• Must be 22 years or older, a team player, and willing to travel to required markets.
