We partner exclusively with top developers like Lodha, Godrej Properties, Shapoorji Pallonji, VTP, and others. We are looking for a dynamic Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales for premium new launch projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with high-quality leads generated by the marketing team, explaining project details and USPs.
Convince prospects to schedule and attend site visits by addressing queries and building interest.
Conduct site visits, providing detailed walkthroughs and answering all property-related questions.
Guide prospects through the final booking process, ensuring a smooth and professional sales closure.

Position Details:
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹55,000.00 per month

Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday weekly off)
Skill Requirement

Eligibility & Requirements:
Maximum age: 38 years.
Any direct sales experience is acceptable; real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Ability to explain property details clearly and handle customer queries confidently.
Willingness to travel for site visits and work in a target-driven environment.
