Home Search Advisors is a dynamic real estate consultancy seeking results-driven Salespersons for the roles of Junior and Senior Closing Managers in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. This full-time, in-person position involves guiding clients through one of their most significant financial decisions—purchasing a home. You will act as a trusted advisor, representing client interests from initial inquiry to final closing.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Understanding client needs in detail and recommending suitable residential projects.
• Creating tailored comparison proposals for shortlisted properties.
• Confidently explaining project details, builder credibility, and local market insights.
• Scheduling and accompanying clients on site visits, advocating for their best interests.
• Addressing client concerns, providing solutions, and guiding them toward informed purchase decisions.
• Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions using CRM software.
• Coordinating with builders, banks, and legal advisors to facilitate smooth transactions.

Skill Requirement
We are seeking experienced, presentable professionals with deep local market knowledge and a client-first ethos. Candidates must be residents of Navi Mumbai or Panvel and possess strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Required skills and qualifications include:
• Experience: For Junior roles: 3+ years in real estate sales. For Senior roles: 6+ years in real estate sales.
• Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Navi Mumbai micro-markets and reputable developers.
• Communication: Excellent presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
• Attributes: Must be presentable, trustworthy, and possess a strong client-service orientation.
• Logistics: Must reside in Navi Mumbai or Panvel. Ownership of a personal vehicle is preferred for client visits.
