HR Always is recruiting experienced professionals on behalf of a leading Mandate Real Estate Company for the Luxury Segment. This role requires working with a distinguished client in a mandate-based capacity, involving travel across Mumbai to drive sales, manage client relationships, and oversee business operations. The interview will be conducted in person in Chembur, but the work location is flexible across Mumbai/South Mumbai.
We are seeking dynamic individuals for multiple positions, each pivotal to our high-end real estate operations. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on the luxury property market, responsible for sourcing new clients, closing deals, managing key account relationships, and ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction and service. Each role requires a proactive approach, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the luxury real estate landscape in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities (by Role):
Sr. Manager/Manager – Sales (Sourcing): Lead or develop the sourcing team and customer acquisition strategies. Manage channel partners, corporate tie-ups, and ensure competitive project positioning.
Sr. Manager/Manager – Sales (Closing): Lead or execute deal conversions, negotiate final agreements, build long-term client relationships, and align closing strategies with business goals.
Manager – MIS: Design and manage the Management Information System (MIS) for sales data, generate analytical reports and dashboards, ensure data integrity, and analyze market trends (Power BI preferred).
Great Relationship Executive (GRE): Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in clients, manage client assignments and lounge, maintain databases, handle grievances, and support channel partners.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with proven experience in the real estate sector, particularly within the luxury segment. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are non-negotiable. For managerial roles, strong leadership, team mentoring, and strategic planning abilities are essential. The MIS Manager must possess strong analytical skills and experience with data management tools. All candidates must be ready for an assignment-based evaluation and comfortable traveling across Mumbai as required.

Required Skills & Competencies:
• Mandatory experience in the Real Estate industry.
• For MIS Manager: Proficiency in designing MIS frameworks; Power BI skills are strongly preferred.
• For Sales Roles: Proven expertise in sales sourcing, closing deals, and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead teams, set KPIs, and drive performance (for Sr. Manager roles).
• Strategic thinking with an analytical mindset for market positioning and trend analysis.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai.
