Job Description
We are seeking a pleasant, organized, and professional Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our Bhiwandi office. This full-time, entry-level role serves as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, requiring excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle basic administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet all visitors and clients in a polite, warm, and professional manner, creating a positive first impression.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming telephone calls promptly and accurately to the appropriate person or department.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is always clean, tidy, and presentable.
• Handle basic enquiries from visitors and callers, providing correct and helpful information.
• Manage records for all incoming and outgoing couriers and dispatches.
• Maintain the visitor entry register and assist in managing appointment schedules.
• Support basic office administration, documentation, and assist the HR/accounts teams with routine tasks as needed.
• Handle basic email communication and computer work efficiently.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a presentable, communicative, and eager individual who is willing to learn and take responsibility in a front-office environment. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
• Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass; a Graduate degree is preferred.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome. Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in a receptionist or front office role will have an added advantage.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
• Personal Attributes: A presentable personality with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Abilities: Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to learn and take on responsibility.
