Job Description

We are seeking a professional and personable female Receptionist/Administrator to be the welcoming “face” of Dr. Sheth’s Skin & Hair Clinics at our Juhu and Marine Lines locations. This full-time role is central to creating an excellent first impression and ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued from the moment they enter. You will manage all front desk operations with a friendly yet professional disposition.

• Greet and assist all clients and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and managing the clinic’s first impression.
• Handle front desk administration, including appointment scheduling, client inquiries, and managing patient records.
• Utilize clinic software, Microsoft Office, and communication tools like email and WhatsApp for daily operations.
• Proactively address client concerns, manage office equipment, and support the smooth running of clinic activities.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate is a graduate with at least 2 years of front desk or receptionist experience, preferably within a skin or healthcare clinic. You must possess exceptional communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing role (experience in a skin clinic is preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, clinic software, and standard office equipment.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a client-oriented approach
