As the Receptionist and Administrator at Dr. Sheth’s Clinics, you will be the welcoming “face” of our esteemed skin and hair clinics in Juhu and Marine Lines. Your primary role is to create an exceptional first impression, ensuring every client and visitor feels comfortable, valued, and well-cared for from the moment they step in. You will be the central hub for clinic operations, balancing front desk management with key administrative tasks.

This position requires a blend of impeccable customer service, sales acumen, and organizational efficiency. You will manage client interactions, appointments, and inquiries while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor. Your ability to handle challenging situations with grace and proactively manage clinic workflow will be crucial to our success and client satisfaction.

Skill Requirement

We are looking for a polished, proactive, and client-focused professional with specific experience in a clinical or hospitality setting. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for service excellence.

Education & Mandatory Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree is required.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales-oriented role is required.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role is preferred.

Experience working in a skin or beauty clinic is highly preferred.

Fluency in English and Hindi (verbal and written) is required.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

Serve as the primary point of contact, managing all front desk operations.

Deliver outstanding client service with a customer-oriented approach.

Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.

Handle client inquiries, feedback, and disgruntled situations with resourcefulness and empathy.

Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, including multitasking and prioritizing tasks.

Operate clinic management software, Microsoft Office, Email, WhatsApp, and Google Docs.

Be a team player with enthusiasm for learning new skills.

Handle office equipment like printers, scanners, and Wi-Fi routers.

Work Location: This is a full-time, in-person role, managing the front desk at our clinics in Juhu and Marine Lines, Mumbai.
