Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated administrative professional with specific experience in a school environment to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily school operations, handling admissions, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. You will serve as a key point of contact for parents and support essential government and academic reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end school admission process, including handling inquiries and documentation.
• Perform day-to-day school administrative work such as fee calls, APAR ID work, and issuing LCs (Leaving Certificates).
• Handle parent counseling and address queries professionally via calls and in-person meetings.
• Maintain accurate document filing systems and ensure all records are organized and up-to-date.
• Utilize and manage government portals and systems (e.g., SARAL, UDISE) for mandatory reporting and compliance.
• Support overall school administration to ensure efficient daily operations.
Skill Requirement
This role requires a candidate with direct experience in school administration, familiarity with educational government systems, and strong interpersonal skills. Only candidates meeting the specific location and background criteria should apply.
Requirements:
• Mandatory prior experience working in a school. Experience from IT, banking, CA, or other corporate firms is not applicable.
• Must be currently residing in the PCMC area. Candidates from outside Pune or other states are not eligible.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and 1+ year of relevant administrative or total work experience.
• Working knowledge of government education systems (SARAL, UDISE) is essential.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
• A counseling-oriented approach to handling parent interactions.
