Dr. Anushka Super Speciality Eye Hospital is a dedicated healthcare provider seeking a courteous and organized Receptionist to join our team in Bhiwandi. This is a full-time, on-site role crucial to creating a welcoming and efficient first impression for our patients and visitors. You will be the central point of contact, managing front desk operations and providing essential support to ensure smooth daily hospital functioning.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Professionally managing patient appointments, registrations, and inquiries at the reception desk.
• Handling patient billing and payment processing accurately and confidentially.
• Providing direct administrative support to doctors and other hospital staff as needed.
• Operating computer systems for patient data management, scheduling, and communication.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area for patients and visitors.
This position requires a standard duty time from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. We are specifically looking for candidates who are local residents of Bhiwandi, ensuring reliable commute and community connection.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a graduate with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor suitable for a hospital environment. While freshers are encouraged to apply, prior experience in a front desk or customer-facing role is preferred.
