Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Recruiter to join our team in Bhandup West, Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions. You will be responsible for sourcing top talent, building strong candidate relationships, and ensuring successful placements that meet both client and candidate expectations.
Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals using various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and strategic headhunting.
Create effective Boolean searches, conduct initial interviews, and manage the candidate database as a key company asset.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure high satisfaction and quality standards.
Oversee the entire recruitment process, from JD analysis to final placement, coordinating effectively with all stakeholders.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a dedicated recruiter with a proven track record in IT technical recruitment. You must possess strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the technical hiring landscape. Fluency in English is essential for this role.
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, specifically in IT Technical Recruitment.
Bachelor’s degree is required, along with 3 years of total work experience.
Proficiency in sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and using platforms like LinkedIn.
Excellent communication, screening, and relationship management skills in English.
Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate near Bhandup West, Mumbai, for in-person work.
