COLIFT is a premier European expert network platform that links businesses with a curated pool of pre-vetted consultants and freelance experts to deliver critical insights. As an Associate in our Client Services team, you will be a vital bridge between our clients and expert knowledge. You will work closely with Project Managers and clients to understand complex project needs, then source and evaluate the ideal experts from our global network. This hybrid role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment, perfect for building a foundation in consulting, research, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Project Managers to deeply understand client project objectives, challenges, and required expertise.
• Conduct targeted research using LinkedIn, case studies, and other tools to identify and recruit top-tier experts.
• Screen expert profiles, assess qualifications, and create compelling presentations for client review.
• Build and nurture strong, trusting relationships with both clients and our network of experts.
• Proactively contribute to expanding the COLIFT network by identifying and inviting new professionals.
• Provide essential administrative and project support to ensure efficient team operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal English skills at a C1 level are required.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, Finance, HR, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in client-facing roles, sales, recruitment, or a similar field. Freshers are welcome.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong research, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, curious mindset with a strong interest in business and professional networks.
