Job Description
This Full-time, Permanent position based in Mumbai is centered on driving regional growth and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of sales and operations within your designated area, which includes everything from daily communication to strategic expansion. A key part of this role involves bridge-building between the company and its partners, ensuring that service delivery remains seamless and sales targets are met through proactive outreach.
Daily Operations: Manage incoming calls and resolve client queries promptly to maintain professional standards.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute plans to drive sales in new regions and expand the current market footprint.
Inventory Management: Regularly update rates and inventory across various OTA channels and the official website.
Network Oversight: Manage and support the B2B agent network within your specific region to ensure consistent performance.
Client Relations: Handle escalations, negotiate deals, and address customer complaints or objections to ensure long-term retention.
Skill Requirement
To excel in this role, candidates should possess a strong blend of communication prowess and analytical thinking. The ideal profile includes an individual who is comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment and has a proven track record of handling B2B relationships. Since the role requires managing digital platforms and negotiating contracts, technical proficiency and persuasive negotiation skills are essential for success.
B2B Sales Expertise: At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales is preferred to handle professional networks effectively.
Communication Skills: Proficiency in English is preferred for clear professional correspondence and client interaction.
Negotiation & Closing: Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate terms, and successfully close business deals.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to manage online inventory and navigate OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms efficiently.
Educational Background: Completion of Higher Secondary (12th Pass) is the preferred minimum educational qualification.
