Job Description
You are the essential support on the restaurant floor at Queen Margherita’s Pizzeria in Andheri West, Mumbai. Reporting to the Assistant or Restaurant Manager, you will ensure smooth service flow, maintain guest experience, and keep operations tight during peak hours. This is a hands-on role for someone eager to grow in restaurant operations, not just perform tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support all front-of-house operations, including floor coordination, running, beverage service, and cashier assistance.
• Assist in table management, guest seating, and maintaining seamless service flow between the kitchen and dining area.
• Handle basic guest inquiries and escalate issues appropriately to managers.
• Ensure tables are promptly cleaned, reset, and service-ready at all times.
• Execute daily opening, mid-shift, and closing checklists thoroughly.
• Support inventory management of cutlery, crockery, menus, water, and takeaway supplies.
• Uphold strict grooming, hygiene, and service discipline on the floor.
• Assist in training new team members on basic service standards and SOPs.

We are looking for a proactive, team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
What We’re Looking For:
• 1–3 years of experience in restaurant service, café, or QSR environments.
• Basic understanding of restaurant service flow and guest handling.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
• Physically fit and comfortable working long shifts during peak rushes.
• A team-first mindset with zero ego and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
