Churchgate Hospitality Pvt Ltd, operating Nksha Restaurant, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Captain to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, permanent role where you will be the face of our premium dining experience, ensuring exceptional service and smooth operations. You will lead the floor, manage guest relations, and drive team performance to uphold our high standards of hospitality.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Providing warm greetings, personalized service, and professionally handling guest requests, feedback, and complaints.
• Overseeing floor management in your assigned section, coordinating seamlessly with the kitchen, bar, and stewarding teams.
• Leading, training, and supervising a team of waiters and hostesses, conducting pre-shift briefings and ensuring service standards.
• Demonstrating strong product knowledge to confidently recommend dishes, promote specials, and enhance sales through effective upselling.
• Ensuring strict adherence to all operational SOPs, hygiene protocols, grooming standards, and safety regulations.

Skill Requirement

Required skills and qualifications include:
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a premium dining restaurant or 5-star hotel environment.
• Leadership & Communication: Strong supervisory skills and excellent verbal communication to lead a team and interact with guests.
• Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of food, beverages, and service techniques. Familiarity with Indian cuisine is a significant advantage.
• Operational Skills: Ability to manage floor operations, table turnover, and team coordination while maintaining high standards.
• Personal Attributes: Disciplined, passionate about hospitality, and able to work efficiently under pressure with a positive attitude.
