Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Retail Operations professional to oversee end-to-end operations for modern trade large-format stores. This role is central to ensuring operational efficiency, optimal stock availability, and strong partner relationships. You will be responsible for managing the complete stock lifecycle—from planning and allocation to reconciliation—and analyzing sales data to drive business performance. The position requires strong coordination with internal teams and external partners to maintain seamless and profitable retail operations.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Managing daily retail operations and stock flow for assigned large-format modern trade stores.
• Handling inventory planning, allocation, dispatch tracking, and timely replenishment based on sales trends.
• Maintaining accurate records of store-wise display capacity and ensuring optimal product availability.
• Analyzing store-level sales performance to generate growth/de-growth reports and support data-driven decisions.
• Coordinating with Business Development Officers (BDOs) to align stock availability with sales requirements.
• Liaising with warehouse and accounts teams for smooth stock movement, adjustments, and documentation.
• Following up with retail buyers for timely payments and managing payment reconciliation processes.
• Updating Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and tracking Quantity Debit Notes (QDN) and Return to Vendor (RTV) processes.
• Conducting quarterly stock reconciliations and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Calculating and validating incentive payouts according to agreed schemes.

You should be comfortable with numbers, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
We require:
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, modern trade, or inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and comfort with sales data analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of retail documentation (GRN, QDN, RTV) and reconciliation processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with sales, warehouse, and accounts teams.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work setting.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
