Job Description
This is a full-time role ideal for a fresher looking to build a career in sales and client management within the educational software sector. You will be the key driver for generating new business and ensuring client satisfaction. Your primary duties will involve identifying potential customers, converting them into clients, and managing the entire customer journey.
• Finding new leads and business opportunities for our educational software products.
• Converting leads to clients through tele-callings, online meetings, and product demonstrations.
• Supervising and heading the order fulfilment process for your clients from start to finish.
• Acting as the face of the company by representing us at exhibitions and seminars when required.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a dynamic and communicative individual who can build strong relationships. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with sales processes and passionate about the education technology domain. You will be the main point of contact for your clients, ensuring they receive excellent after-sales service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client meetings and tele-calls.
• Ability to manage and nurture client relationships for long-term business.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for exhibitions, seminars, and client meetings.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is strongly preferred.
• This is an in-person role based at our office.
