Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the planning, execution, and success of our real estate project’s marketing and sales activities. This is a pivotal role where you will be solely responsible for driving the sale of 1BHK & 2BHK homes, from initial marketing strategy to final possession handover. You will join a young company with a strong vision, offering significant growth potential for a deserving candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan within the allocated budget for optimal resource utilization and maximum output.
Lead the execution of all marketing strategies and activities to generate qualified leads and build project awareness.
Monitor and ensure the intended results of the marketing plan are achieved, adjusting tactics as necessary.
Educate prospective buyers thoroughly about the property and the complete sales process.
Manage the entire sales process smoothly, from initial inquiry to closing.
Take follow-ups for payments as per the sales agreement schedule.
Conclude sales successfully by ensuring a seamless and peaceful possession handover to each customer.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a candidate with strong character, a healthy personality, and exceptional persuasive abilities to thrive in this high-responsibility role.
Required Skills:
Engaging communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (mandatory).
Excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and project management capabilities to handle the role single-handedly.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
4 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within real estate companies.
4 years of marketing experience (Required).
A proven track record in real estate sales and marketing, from plan to possession.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
