Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in colour coated steel products. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business and managing customer relationships within the industrial and project sectors. Your primary focus will be on generating revenue and expanding our market presence.
Key responsibilities include:
• Prospecting for and acquiring new customers in target markets.
• Visiting industrial sites and project locations to understand client requirements.
• Preparing and submitting competitive quotations to potential clients.
• Negotiating terms, rates, and finalizing sales orders to meet monthly targets.
• Ensuring seamless order execution by coordinating timely dispatches.
• Conducting diligent payment follow-ups and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Continuously monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with a proven track record in sales, specifically within the steel or construction materials industry. • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed aggressive monthly sales targets.
• Proficiency in managing the complete sales cycle from lead to payment collection.
• A commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings as required.
• This is a full-time, in-person position with a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₹40,000 to ₹80,000, based on experience and performance.
