Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated professional to drive our B2B growth and educator training. This pivotal role combines sales outreach with quality assurance, ensuring our programs are effectively implemented across partner schools and franchises.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive B2B sales by proactively contacting school principals and stakeholders via phone and Zoom meetings.
• Present and articulate the value of Respond Right’s educational programs and offerings.
• Train, demonstrate, and provide constructive feedback to teachers and franchise partners (on-the-job training provided).
• Evaluate the quality of classes and demonstrations conducted by franchise partners.
• Conduct engaging and impactful training workshops for educators in partner schools.
• Assess teacher and franchise performance, delivering detailed and timely feedback.
• Foster a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Logistics
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM; Saturday up to 2:00 PM.
• Location: Malad West, Mumbai (In-person).
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
• Salary Range: ₹30,191.21 – ₹50,579.57 per month.
