Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant, open to both fresh graduates and experienced candidates, to join our dynamic team at our Andheri (Mumbai) and Vashi (Navi Mumbai) locations. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on promoting our portfolio of offline courses. You will be the crucial link connecting prospective students with the right educational opportunities, driving our mission through dedicated lead generation and in-house sales conversion.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Generating new leads through proactive cold calling and email outreach to prospective clients.
• Engaging with potential students to understand their goals and recommending tailored course solutions.
• Delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our offline courses.
• Diligently following up with leads to guide them through the enrollment process and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions for reporting and analysis.
