Aastha Aluminium Structures Ltd, a leading provider of aluminium scaffolding and access systems for the construction industry, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Assistant to join our full-time team in Tardeo, Mumbai. This on-site role is the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring seamless coordination from lead inquiry to order closure. You will support our sales team by managing communication, preparing quotations, maintaining meticulous records, and facilitating smooth internal handoffs, playing a critical part in delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Coordination: Manage and track incoming leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring timely follow-ups and responses.
• Quotation Support: Assist in the preparation, revision, and sharing of sales quotations as per company processes.
• Customer Follow-up: Proactively follow up with customers for purchase orders, site details, delivery schedules, and payment reminders.
• CRM & Documentation: Maintain accurate lead/customer records and status updates in CRM/Excel. Prepare basic sales proposals, compliance documents, and assist with invoice/dispatch coordination.
• Internal Coordination: Act as a liaison between sales, operations, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution and client updates.
• Reporting: Prepare and share daily/weekly activity reports on follow-ups, quotes sent, pending actions, and closures.

What Success Looks Like:
• In your first 60-90 days, you will establish a tight follow-up system, reduce response times, ensure smooth quotation handling, and improve cross-team coordination to minimize client delays.

Skill Requirement

We are looking for a detail-oriented and communicative individual who thrives in a structured, fast-paced B2B environment. The ideal candidate is a multitasker who can manage numerous follow-ups with precision and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a sales support, coordination, or inside sales role.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English are required. Knowledge of Marathi is a strong advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: Must be comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and email for daily tasks and structured tracking.
• Soft Skills: Must be detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously without dropping follow-ups. Professionalism and the ability to coordinate across different teams are essential.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):
• Prior experience in the construction, rentals, industrial products, or B2B services sector.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or similar.
• Basic understanding of quotation formats, purchase orders, and dispatch coordination.
