We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our operations team. In this role, you will be the critical link between sales, production, and dispatch, ensuring the smooth flow of order processing from start to finish. Your responsibilities will center on documentation, tracking, and communication to guarantee timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and sales-related documentation accurately.
• Track orders meticulously from confirmation through production to final dispatch.
• Coordinate effectively with internal accounts, production, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless order progression.
• Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and follow-up logs.
• Provide timely and clear updates to customers regarding their order status
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented communicator with strong coordination skills and a disciplined approach to follow-up. Proficiency in basic office software and an understanding of order management processes are essential for success in this role.
Requirements:
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is required.
• Experience in PO preparation and order tracking is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team and customer coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to systematic follow-up.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing, steel, or related industrial environment is a significant advantage.
