Meriva Laminates Display Centre in Borivali West, Mumbai, is looking for a sincere and reliable Showroom Assistant to join our team. You will be the face of our showroom, assisting customers, managing dispatches, and supporting daily operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist walk-in customers, helping them explore and select laminate products.
• Coordinate all dispatch logistics, including booking cost-effective transporters and arranging local deliveries.
• Maintain basic showroom stock records and assist with simple inventory management.
• Follow up with customers for payments and coordinate closely with the accounts department.
• Support all daily operational tasks to ensure the showroom runs smoothly and professionally.
Skill Requirement
We are seeking a dependable, disciplined male candidate who is eager to build a stable career. Strong communication skills, basic comfort with routine office tasks, and a customer-friendly attitude are essential. Fluency in Gujarati is a key requirement to effectively serve our clientele.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Language: Gujarati-speaking is strongly preferred. Proficiency in Hindi and basic English is beneficial.
• Technical Skills: Basic comfort with everyday office tools like WhatsApp, phone calls, and maintaining simple records.
• Attributes: Must be honest, disciplined, reliable, and possess a strong customer service orientation.
• Attitude: A sincere willingness to learn, adapt, and commit to long-term growth with the company.
• Education: Minimum educational qualification (e.g., 12th pass) is expected; specific degrees are not mandatory.
