We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Anytime Fitness in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. As the welcoming face of our club, you will play a key role in driving our mission to Coach, Care, and Connect with members. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and enjoys using goal-based selling to turn prospects into lifelong members.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Driving membership and personal training sales through walk-ins, calls, referrals, and diligent follow-ups.
• Handling lead enquiries from all channels—calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and digital platforms—ensuring prompt and professional responses.
• Conducting engaging club tours that clearly explain our offerings, pricing, and unique value proposition.
• Supporting local marketing outreach through society activations, corporate tie-ups, and community events.
• Maintaining accurate daily sales reports, CRM updates, and enquiry tracking for all prospects.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a target-driven and energetic communicator who builds rapport easily and is passionate about health and fitness. You should be confident in handling objections and dedicated to providing exceptional service from the first point of contact.
We require:
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a front-facing role. Experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail is a strong advantage.
• A graduate degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Basic proficiency with technology, including CRM systems, WhatsApp, and Excel.
