Ruvimo is an innovative EdTech platform on a mission to transform global learning by connecting expert tutors with students worldwide, starting with Math. Based in Mulund, Mumbai, we are seeking a driven Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is a full-time hybrid role requiring 3 days of work from our office, with a fixed 5-day workweek on mandatory US Night Shift hours. You will be the crucial first point of contact for parents and students in the US, guiding them from discovery to enrollment and driving our international growth.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Conducting consultative sales conversations with parents and students in the US market to understand their educational needs.
• Qualifying inbound leads, booking trial classes, and confidently following up to close enrollments.
• Owning and managing the entire sales pipeline, ensuring accurate updates in CRM systems like Zoho.
• Consistently meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets in a high-volume environment.
• Analyzing funnel performance and sharing actionable insights to help optimize the sales process and strategy.

Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a seasoned inside sales professional with 2 to 6 years of B2C sales experience, preferably in EdTech or selling to US customers. You must excel in a consultative, target-driven environment and be comfortable working US night shifts from our Mulund office.
Required skills and qualifications include:
• Experience: 2-6 years in B2C/Inside Sales, with a proven track record. Experience selling to US customers or in EdTech is a significant advantage.
• Sales Approach: Strong skills in consultative selling, lead qualification, and closing, with the ability to guide rather than push clients.
• Communication: Professional and comfortable engaging with a US-based audience over calls.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools (Zoho preferred) and managing high lead volumes with organized, clean documentation.
• Attributes: Highly self-motivated, accountable, target-driven, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
• Shift Flexibility: Must be willing and able to work the fixed US Night Shift (e.g., 11 PM to 8 AM IST) from the Mulund office as required.
