We are looking for a motivated, people-centric Sales Associate to join our team at Anytime Fitness in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. As the welcoming face of our club, you will be central to driving our growth by converting prospects into members through enthusiastic engagement and goal-oriented sales. This role blends fitness passion with sales acumen, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and contributing to a positive, high-energy community environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive membership and personal training sales through walk-ins, calls, referrals, and diligent follow-ups.
• Manage all lead inquiries from calls, WhatsApp, digital platforms, and walk-ins, ensuring prompt and professional follow-up.
• Conduct engaging club tours, clearly explaining Anytime Fitness offerings, pricing, and unique value.
• Support local marketing via society activations, corporate tie-ups, and community events.
• Maintain accurate daily sales reports, update the CRM, and track all prospect interactions.
• Assist with new member onboarding, including basic app guidance and initial engagement.
• Foster a welcoming, service-oriented atmosphere for all members and visitors.
• Support member retention by building rapport and addressing basic inquiries or concerns.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is an outgoing, target-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in health and fitness. You should be confident in sales conversations, resilient to objections, and passionate about delivering an outstanding member experience.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience: 1–3 years in sales, customer service, or a front-facing role. Experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail is a strong plus.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Attitude: Target-driven, energetic, confident in handling objections, and a proactive team player.
• Flexibility: Comfortable with flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency with CRM tools, WhatsApp, fitness apps, and Excel.
