Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Office Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and delivering effective product presentations. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our customer base and supporting our sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including phone, email, and social platforms.
• Present and explain our products/services, tailoring solutions to meet specific client needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales activities using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Keep informed about industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and assist with follow-up communications to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.

Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for a candidate with a background in sales or lead generation, strong communication abilities, and a drive to succeed in a target-oriented role.
Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in lead generation, inside sales, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a collaborative team mindset.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must reside in or near Navi Mumbai and be able to commute reliably to Kharghar.
