Job Description
We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing schedules, documents, client communications, and order processing. This full-time, on-site role requires strong administrative skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work closely with sales representatives and clients. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth sales operations, timely follow-ups, and accurate documentation while contributing to team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will focus on sales support, coordination, and client liaison. Key duties include:
• Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
• Preparing quotations and following up with clients for confirmation and feedback.
• Handling payment collection follow-ups and addressing client complaints with after-sales support.
• Processing all sales orders accurately and keeping clients informed of any delays or issues.
• Storing and organizing financial and non-financial data electronically, and preparing reports as needed.
• Monitoring team progress, identifying areas for improvement, and assisting in organizing promotional events.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, responsible team player with excellent communication skills and a good understanding of sales coordination. Knowledge of industrial products and prior administrative experience will be highly valued.
Must-have qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
• Good computer skills, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi and Marathi is preferred.
• Well-organized, proactive, and strong problem-solving aptitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
Preferred experience:
• Knowledge of industrial products such as Electric Motors, Gear Boxes, and Pumps.
• Experience in order processing, quotation preparation, and payment follow-ups.
• Ability to handle client communications and provide after-sales support professionally.
