This is a full-time, permanent role suitable for a fresher, based in person at our office. The Sales & Customer Service Coordinator is a pivotal role responsible for managing the end-to-end pre-sales and post-sales administrative process. You will be the key point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a smooth journey from quotation to contract while maintaining excellent customer relationships and supporting the sales team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Promptly responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Creating, sending, and diligently following up on sales quotations.
• Preparing and issuing accurate invoices for closed orders.
• Drafting sales contracts and meticulously tracking all sales activities.
• Maintaining organized records of all customer correspondence and interactions.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Proactively building and nurturing relationships with existing customers.
