The Sales Coordinator provides vital B2B inside sales support, ensuring seamless operations from enquiry to order fulfillment. This role acts as the central link between clients, the sales team, and internal departments. You will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, coordinating documentation, and ensuring clear, timely communication to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating sales enquiries, preparing quotations, and managing follow-ups.
• Processing sales orders and providing end-to-end support.
• Maintaining customer records, lead trackers, and sales pipeline reports.
• Coordinating dispatch and documentation with Accounts and Operations teams.
• Supporting the sales team with client communication and scheduling meetings.
• Ensuring timely updates are provided to both customers and internal teams.
• Handling basic sales documentation like quotations and proforma invoices.
Skill Requirement

Experience Required:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales coordination or support.
