Job Description
We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to provide critical support to our sales team, coordinate daily sales activities, and nurture customer relationships. In this central role, you will ensure smooth order processing, handle customer communications, and act as a vital link between clients, sales representatives, and internal departments. Your focus will be on ensuring order accuracy, satisfaction, and timely delivery, directly contributing to overall customer happiness and sales efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively contact customers from the database to understand their requirements and generate new leads.
• Process and verify incoming orders received via phone and email, ensuring correct pricing, quantity, and product details.
• Handle urgent customer communications, answer queries, manage updates on delays, and confirm delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance departments to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular reports, and provide necessary financial information to the finance team.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of total work experience in a sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support role.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and proficiency with order management systems and MS Office.
