We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales Support & Customer Relations Associate to join our team. This role is central to maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring smooth sales operations. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, qualifying leads, updating the CRM system, and providing crucial support to the sales team. Your duties will range from handling inquiries and confirming orders to coordinating meetings and following up on payments, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and contributing directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and update customer accounts and sales prospects within the CRM system.
• Handle incoming inquiries, help qualify sales leads, and confirm customer orders.
• Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, client visits, and internal departmental coordination.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and communications.
• Perform payment follow-ups and assist with collection to ensure timely receipt.
• Address and resolve minor client issues, escalating more complex concerns when necessary.
• Support the sales team with customer information listing, updating databases, and order coordination.
