Job Description

We are seeking an exceptionally experienced and dedicated Senior Sales Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our sales team at our Thane office. This critical role requires a candidate with 7 to 9 years of dedicated sales coordination experience, ideally within the textile or garment sector. You will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of 50 to 75+ customers, acting as their primary point of contact to drive business growth, ensure impeccable service, and foster long-term loyalty. Your ability to coordinate seamlessly between customers, the sales team, and production will be key to our operational success and market reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively contact and engage with a large customer base to understand needs, increase sales, and expand business relationships.
• Serve customers with the highest level of professionalism, attending to all phone calls and emails with prompt, accurate feedback (email response within 10 minutes).
• Generate proforma invoices via the company ERP system and conduct diligent payment follow-ups through calls and emails.
• Coordinate directly with factory and production teams to relay customer requirements, track order progress, and gather feedback on product samples.
• Ensure every customer interaction reflects the company’s professional standards, making them feel valued and well-supported.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a proven track record in high-volume sales coordination, exceptional communication skills, and a deep commitment to customer service and business growth. Fluency in English and Hindi (both verbal and written) is mandatory, and a background transitioning from field sales to an office-based coordination role is acceptable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 7 to 9 years of direct experience in a sales coordination role. Textile or garment industry experience is a significant advantage.
• Must be fluent in English and Hindi, with excellent drafting, speaking, and writing skills for professional communication.
• Proven ability to manage and nurture relationships with 50 to 75+ customers simultaneously.
• A business-growth mindset, with a focus on improving customer retention and company revenue through outstanding service.
• Willingness to work from the Thane office and visit the Bhiwandi factory 1-2 times per week. Candidates residing between Ghatkopar and Kalyan are preferred.
• Age preference: 35 to 45 years.
